Our approach is to provide our customers with the BEST level of service from initial enquiry to completion then ongoing through our maintenance services. We directly employ over 160 people throughout the UK. However, despite our size, we still offer a friendly, personalised service that you would expect from a family run business.
BEST Quality
We have held ISO 9001 certificaiton for over 18 years and we are continually developing our processes and procedures. In March 2017 we obtained ISO 9001:2015 for Quality, ISO 14001:2015 for Environmental and ISO 45001:2018 for Health & Safety for our Earthing, Lightning Protection and Steeplejack Services. In addition, we have numerous Health and Safety accreditations including Achilles, Safe Contractor and CHAS.
BEST Employees
We believe it is important to invest in our employees, we promote continued training at all levels within the company from specialist day courses to NVQ’s and Degrees. We have excellent retention of staff with 10 team members achieving over 20 years of service and a further 30 with over 12 years of service.
We work in accordance with the ATLAS and UCATT Working Rule Agreement and commit to a minimum level of training to meet the ATLAS Criteria for Membership.
